This position requires individuals to perform duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Basic math, reading, and communication
• Ability to adjust to temperature changes (lower 40s to upper 90s); can be in hot/humid or cool environment depending on assigned job tasks
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred

Work Schedule:

We are a 24/7 facility offering both 8-hour and 10-hour shifts as well as 12-hour rotating shifts. Work schedule is dependent on position.

Responsibilities&Duties:

Job Responsibilities:

• Scanning accuracy to/from Distribution.

• Accountable for the Safety, Health and Environmental systems and operational standards to ensure compliance as it is outlined in our policies/procedures and processes.
• Understand and apply KHMS (Kraft Heinz Management System) practices such as 5S, centerline management, shift hand-offs, operational standard ownership/support, problem solving, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Able to acquire all PIV licenses. 3-Wheel, 4-Wheel, 4-Wheel High, High-Reach Side-Winder, Hand Jack, Walkie Rider, Clamp Truck, Slip-Sheeter; along with additional equipment acquired at our facility meant for Distribution use.
• Must be able to accurately perform systems such as; Matrics, SAP, MS Office, Vision Pro; along with additional systems which may be acquired for our facility.
• Must be certified in material handling (battery changing as needed).

Physical Requirements:

• Performs bending, squatting, kneeling, sorting, ascending, and descending. Must be capable of moving up to 50 pounds and/or +50 pounds with help
• Holds and grips object; must possess manual dexterity necessary to operate equipment and disassemble and reassemble equipment
