Summary:

As the head of digital innovation, you will lead the process of using digital technologies to create new - or modify existing - business processes, culture, and employee & customer experiences to meet changing business and market requirements. You will impart the digital knowledge and skills in a constructive, empowering, collaborative and results oriented way. You will work to identify challenges, solutions and run Proof of Concepts (PoC) to test those solution and you will support the deployment of these solutions until a full handover is feasible.


Working closely with Innovation Center leadership, our Operation and Product Groups, and Logistics & Services leadership you will support in deploying parts of our digitalization strategy and tactical roadmap aiming to reach our digital ambition. You will manage the backbone of the Digital Innovation department to enable us to better serve our stakeholders both inside and outside the business.

Objectives of this Role:

* Leveraging integrated processes and digital technologies, simplifying our end-to-end supply chain solutions.
* Work on projects that offer a renewed customer and colleague experience, aimed to provide every stakeholder with accurate and real-time information of the services and transactions we execute as part of our business.
* Delivering tangible customer service experience enhancements, supporting optimization of our operations, and improving the decision-making process of our associates at an operational level.

* Creating solutions that cover our key processes, that can provide scalability and adaptability to multiple customers, and multiple products.
* Drive digital innovation and serve as a cross-functional change agent across the organization
* Measure ROI on digital innovation projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure we're investing in the right tools and resources producing tangible results.
* Collectively fostering a digital mindset from the top down
* Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices between partners and colleagues to help embed a robust digital ecosystem.


Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

* Work with our Innovation Center team to ensure that all relevant digital initiatives are fully integrated into the strategic-planning process for leadership commitment, resource allocation and timely and measurable execution.
* Provide visibility of approved digital innovation targets as per strategy's roadmap, manage such projects using PMO methodologies and strict financial justification for improvement and investment criteria.
* Ensure that all relevant digital initiatives are fully integrated into the strategic-planning process for leadership commitment, resource allocation and timely and measurable execution.
* Work with teams across the business to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer & employee experiences and business models.
* Own and centrally monitor the digital innovation project portfolio
* Build, manage and continue to grow an internal and external digital innovation ecosystem
* Identifying new tools and collaborate with Innovation, Data Sciences and IT Team that will support and enhance and improve our solutions.
* Work closely with leadership and HR to attract and retain top talent, and to build digital innovation capabilities across the company.

Skills and preferred Qualifications:


* Min 5 years' experience in a similar role where designing, launching, and improving processes led to streamlining transactions leveraging digital tools.
* Proven track record of leading successful transformation projects
* Understand core business processes and associated technical solutions and its impact on people' daily activities.
* Have an innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward
* Technology apt and oriented.
* Proven influencing and collaboration skills
* Four-year college degree in business related field.
* MScs, or MBA business, technology, or engineering degree.

Pay Range:

$190,000-$205,000

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
