Description

Overall Responsibility: The Digital Communications Manager is responsible for creating and publishing content, as well as advising on the right integrated digital strategy, best ways to amplify our content, and measure and analyze impact via data analytics.

The Digital Communications Manager will lead all online communications with a focus on social media, website, email marketing, and digital marketing promotion including marketing campaigns and advertising. The Digital Communications Manager will lead data analytics to measure the performance of campaigns, and work to continually improve our SEO as well as incorporate emerging technologies such as AI to optimize our focus and efforts. This position will support Arora Engineers and our subsidiary companies. This position will wholistically create the multi-media communications strategy in conjunction with the CMO and Marketing Manager and lead the implementation of this multi-faceted plan including creation of content and graphics with the support of the operations and marketing team.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop digital strategy plans that are objective and audience-focused and have a clear measurement plan.
  • Engage external media outlets and Public Relations to promote Arora through articles, video, ads, e-blasts, or other mediums.
  • Manages Social Media strategy, content, and posts including ownership of the social media and content calendar.
  • Effective storytelling and technical writing via interviews and input from project managers for blogs, white papers, case studies, project profiles and other mediums.
  • Gathers and updates Arora news articles for website, office screen displays, and external media.
  • Manages website content and updates.
  • Performs website, SEO, industry, and prospect analytics and research as well as create and review data analytics from past and current campaigns to improve future effectiveness.

Secondary Functions:

  • Assists with developing advertisement graphics, case studies, and content pieces.
  • Maintains and updates qualifications materials including development of personnel resumes and project profiles.
  • Maintains client, staff, and project data in database systems.
  • Participates in the editing and QA/QC process to ensure strict quality control for all marketing materials.
  • Contributes content for corporate website and social media.
  • Supports corporate and client events, conferences, and tradeshows.
  • Provides general marketing-related administrative support.
  • Represents the Company and services at trade shows when needed.
  • Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Research and recommend incorporating emerging technologies such as AI and Machine Learning.
Qualifications

Needed Skills:

  • Overall knowledge of A/E industry as well as Aviation/Transportation Sectors preferred.
  • Storytelling / Technical Writing.
  • Overall knowledge of marketing processes.
  • Flexibility and ability to perform and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with emphasis on writing, editing and proofreading.
  • Salesforce and Email Marketing Campaign management.
  • Ability to create and maintain productive relationships with employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat).
  • Experience with DELTEK VISION or other Client Relationship Management (CRM) software strongly preferred.
  • Detail and safety-oriented.

Education and/or experience equivalent to:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or related field.
  • Five to 10 years of communications, digital marketing, and analytics expertise.
  • Experience in A/E/C industry strongly preferred.
  • Valid state driver's license (any in US) and ability to maintain a safe driving record.
  • In possession of appropriate documentation to legally gain and maintain employment in the US.
  • Ability to develop and maintain productive business relationships with clients, colleagues and vendors.
