Description

This position will be focused on managing projects associated with products supported by Commercial Services team as well as team policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:
* Managing project initiatives ranging from system maintenance and enhancements to product implementations and modifications
* Analyzing, reviewing, and enhancing Commercial Services procedures, forms, checklists and other applicable documents. This may include mapping process flows to identify risks and controls
* Manage the testing and implementation of Product Changes and updates to systems used by Commercial Services to support Commercial and business products. *
* Assist the Training Administrator where needed to help manage and track projects that have training components

Requirements include:

  • A bachelor's degree or project management certification. Degree or certification in finance, accounting, information technology, project management, or related business field preferred.
    • 6 or more years of experience successfully managing projects as a direct responsibility may substitute for a bachelor's degree or project management certification
  • 3-5 years of experience involving project management as a direct responsibility. Preference is given to experience involving banking product/process implementation, and/or bank operations.

Additional requirements:

  • Aptitude in managing multiple projects simultaneously and a capacity to work in a deadline-driven environment
  • Project management skills with the ability to outline necessary and multiple steps required to complete a task involving different groups of people over a period of time
  • Detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to gather information and establish priorities
  • Self-initiative - ability to work independently and to understand and handle tasks individually with overall and general guidance provided
  • Ability to identify weaknesses in current process control and procedures, find corrective actions, and implement said actions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products is required
  • Excellent time management and a proven ability to meet deadlines
Qualifications

Education
Bachelors (preferred)

Experience
6 years: Experience successfully managing projects as a direct responsibility may substitute for a bachelor's degree or project management certification (preferred)
3 - 5 years: Experience involving project management as a direct responsibility. Preference is given to experience involving banking product/process implementation, and/or bank operations (required)
