Job Description

Staffmark is on the lookout for dedicated individuals to join us as Spreaders in the City Of Industry, CA. If you're eager to step into a role where you can contribute to the production of encapsulated soft gels, we want to hear from you!

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.00

Shifts Available:
  • 1st Shift: 06:30 am - 3:00 pm
  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
  • 3rd Shift: 10:30 pm - 07:00 am
As a Spreader, you'll play a crucial role in spreading encapsulated soft gels onto trays, ensuring even distribution and assisting with machine changeovers. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn about soft gel characteristics and machine room operations.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Spread soft gels evenly onto trays for drying
  • Maintain a supply of tray paper and empty trays
  • Arrange trays in drying tunnels
  • Assist machine operators with various tasks
  • Clean and maintain equipment and work areas
  • Assist in machine changeovers and monitoring machine operations
  • Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the duration of the shift
