How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Responsible for IT support for E&C Turbo end users, IT infrastructure and application, including cooperation with Global E&C Digital & IT infrastructure and application departments, and miscellaneous infrastructure and security support (as required).
  • End Users Services:

    • On-Site IT support / field services: Level 1 & 2

    • Level 1 & 2 remote support (in addition to GIO Service Desk)

  • Coordination with GIO Service Desk on remote support of End Users

  • Local IT infrastructure support Level 1 & 2 in cooperation with E&C D&IT Infrastructure GCC

  • Proximiti service for GIO infrastructure Services, especially LAN, WiFi, WAN and Internet networks

  • Local IT assets and software licenses management

  • Level 1 support:

    • E&C EUDC & AWS servers hosting and Virtual Desktop infrastructure for Americas' time zone

    • for local application in cooperation with E&C D&IT Business Solution GCC

  • Check, evaluate and implement the corporate IT security and OT requirements in cooperations with Information Security Officer

  • Conduct IT training & security awareness in cooperations with Information Protection Coordinator

  • Maintain running contracts, contract changes, renewals and new contracts with IT vendors and providers in collaboration with procurement and legal department and coordination with E&C D&IT Infrastructure GCC

  • Supporting IT budget planning, forecasting and IT expenses controlling

___________________Are you a MATCH?

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Information Technology / Computer Science or 5 years of similar job experience and relevant knowledge

  • Minimum 3 years experience in IT end users / infrastructure support

  • Knowledge and experience with:

    • IT Service Management processes (incidents, request) and ticketing tools, preferably Service Now

    • PC computer hardware and PC peripherals

    • computer wired and wireless networking technologies

    • Microsoft Windows 10 and other MS Operating Systems

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory

  • Proficient with Google and Microsoft Suites (Sheets/Excel, Gmail/Outlook, Slides/Powerpoint etc.)

  • Customer-focused; ability to communicate with users in a professional and effective manner, patience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with others to effectively coordinate activities and accomplish goals

  • Constantly stays apprised of new technologies and ways of working

The annual base rate for this position in California is $35.00-$45.00 per hour. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Air Liquide considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
