  • Interact directly with the clients, providing supervision and support. If you work on weekdays, you'll also interact with therapists and other teammates. If you work on weekends, you'll accompany the clients on outings, from hiking and beach-going to visits to Disneyland, Universal Studios and other attractions.

We currently have a part-time opportunity on Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 6 pm. This is an hourly position beginning at $21.00 per hour.The Job Reporting to the Program Director, you will provide basic support regarding the care of the clients to ensure they have what they need for successful rehabilitation. Your Qualifications To be a good fit for the Program Assistant opportunity, you will have:
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year of experience in the social services field.
  • A genuine desire to work with adolescents.
  • Working knowledge of substance abuse, mental health disorders, and treatment procedures for such illnesses.
  • First aid and CPR certification.
  • Must have a valid California driver's license and the ability to pass and maintain a clean driving record check (MVR) in accordance with our company standards.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including Internet, email, and MS Word.
