Compensation$34.00/hour to $36.00/hourPLUS a $2.00/hour shift differential.Carestream will entertain relocation funding.

Offers will be tailored within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process, as well as geographic market differentials for the position.
The Systems Control Technician is responsible for the electrical maintenance execution in the primary discipline of Instrumentation, Controls and Electric distribution. This position will require flexibility in performing both investigative / troubleshooting tasks on PLC's and automated systems primarily on the manufacturing floor while also implementing preventive, and predictive maintenance to eliminate special cause variation and optimize plant eciency.
* Ability to analyze electrical, mechanical, and process controls issues to identify root cause,implement corrective action and improve eciency.
* An operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery which includes motors, servos,pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power, communication devices, industrial / electronic controlsand power transmission systems.
* Install, program, and troubleshoot various PLC platforms, VFD's and motion control systems.
* Troubleshoot and install electrical control circuits based on electrical schematics.
* Commitment to working safely. Perform all work in accordance with established safetyprocedures.
* Willingness to work overtime and adjust work schedules to accommodate shutdown and otherbusiness needs, including working nights, weekends, and o-shifts.
* Create, maintain, and document Preventative Maintenance procedures and processes.
* Journeyman or LME Oregon Electrical license
* An equivalent combination of education, out of state certification, and related work experiencewill also be considered.
* Must be able to work 12.5-hour shifts. 6:30am-7pm or 6:30pm-7 am including holidays if scheduled.
* Strong Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting skills. Demonstrated ability to use trend dataand process test equipment.
* Manufacturing experience preferred.
* Ability to work independently: high initiative, self-directed and be results oriented.
* Skills in teamwork and communication including leadership, problem solving, giving, andreceiving feedback.
