Your Qualifications To be a good fit for the Business Development and Outreach Specialist role, you will have:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare orsimilar field required.
  • Sales / business development / account management experience including:
    • 2+ years of experience in business development in behavioral/mental health is required.
  • Proven track record developing new business and referrals.
  • Extensive experience in creating, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and verbal and written communication skills; experience with communication principles, practices, and techniques applicable to a healthcare environment.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Internet research; CRM software, ideally Salesforce.
  • A valid Driver License, reliable transportation and clean driving record with a willingness to work out in the field and travel locally 60+%.
  • You'll be seated in our corporate location in Culver City, but we anticipate that you'll visit other Centered Health locations and work in the field (primarily Los Angeles and Ventura counties) 3+ days per week.

Our partners include hospitals, facilities, EAP, clinicians, alumni, colleges and universities. You will report to the Vice President of Marketing and work closely with Admissions and the Executive Directors of our adolescent and adult treatment centers.
