What we need:

Brady Corporation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in a specified region. They're looking for Sales Leaders with outstanding development skills, in field coaching, organizational skills and keen understanding of sales disciplines to drive growth and success.

What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for meeting assigned quota in both hardware & software sales
  • Responsible for managing and growing customer accounts in assigned territory with regard to both end users and channel partners.
  • Develop reseller relationships on local, regional and national level
  • Develop current and new business relationships
  • Take direction from strategic channel managers regarding engagement, training and networking
  • Provide quotations to customers with regards our full line of products in both healthcare & non-healthcare.
  • Have strong working knowledge of all Code products and have the ability to present, train and answer questions.
  • Communicate product features, capabilities, and limitations
  • Be able to be the first line of defense for any servicing or shipping issues.
  • Weekly update of regular forecasts in SalesForce.com with at least 90% accuracy.
  • Follow up on 100% of all leads and document in SF.com
  • Travel as necessary within territory (estimated 50%)
  • Use good judgment in regard to travel expenses with prior approval
  • Complete any and all required reports including expense reports, call logs and electronic CRM processes in a timely fashion
  • Track and continuously update all account activity in SalesForce.com
  • Regularly attend and participate in bi-weekly sales meeting
  • Attend and work shows and partner conferences in territory or national
  • Any additional tasks assigned by Director

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Leadership Experience in the healthcare space or other regulated environment is strongly preferred.
  • Sr Sales Experience selling business products or services with a mix of custom solutions and high volume consumables.
  • Must have track record in increasing sales volume and meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic work environment with deadline pressures.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to think Strategically, critically and creatively, work independently and cooperatively.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite, experience using sf.com preferred.
  • Travel is two to three nights a week in the region of focus.
  • Must be willing to work from a remote or home office
  • Minimum 2-3 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment
  • Technical and analytical skill set
  • Ability to troubleshoot and communicate process issues
