Your Role As a Data Entry Specialist (internally called a Customer Relationship Representative), you will be responsible for providing our customers with an exceptional experience and service. You will answer and monitor incoming emails from internal and external customers, and answer incoming calls, making sure to respond in a timely manner. While the role involves handling return and repair requests, solving problems, resolving billing issues and more, you can expect to spend much of your time processing orders. Most customer communication takes place via email.The Requirements To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Data Entry Specialist opportunity, you will have:
A demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced business-to-business (B2B) environment in a manufacturing or distribution setting, preferably related to hardware or software products.
A strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong oral and written communication skills to work effectively via email and telephone, and build productive relationships with customers, management and peers.
Knowledge and understanding of the customer service functions and returns management including basic purchase order process flow (order entry, pricing, shipping methods, printing packing slips, and order confirmations)
Proven ability to follow through, prioritize, manage time and meet deadlines
Accurate keyboarding and computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite required; experience with Great Plains a plus
