We also have Customer Service Representative opportunities in our Santa Fe Springs facility, so feel free to share this information with your network of qualified peers.Reporting to the Senior Customer Service Supervisor, as CSR, you will act as the first point of contact for your assigned external customers. You will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous and effective customer service in processing customer orders, using either the customer-designated computer system or Webers WMS system. This is a high volume environment where we might have 2000 orders in a day requiring retail routing, inventory management (input) and invoicing. Attention to detail, accuracy and speed, and the ability to learn and understand varied customer-to-customer requirements will be key to your success.
To meet the basic requirement for the role, you will be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. To be a strong fit for the Customer Service Representative (CSR) opportunity, you will have:
1 year of experience in a dedicated customer service role
Strong and accurate data entry skills for high volume order processing
Knowledge and experience with retail compliance guidelines, requirements, and retail routing submission
Shipping and/or 3PL experience is preferred, ideally including familiarity with shipping terms,bills of lading, invoices, etc.
Computer proficiency including skill and experience using Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel and Word) and knowledge of warehouse management system (WMS) software; knowledge of electronic data exchange (EDI) is preferred
High school diploma or GED equivalent
