To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Recruiter opportunity, you will have:
3+ years of recent high-volume, fast-paced recruiting experience.
Proven experience supporting a high volume of full-cycle requisitions with a variety of sourcing methodologies
Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods.
Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.
As a Recruiter, you will be part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working on a variety of positions for Engage2Excel's clients. You'll provide staffing and recruiting solutions relied upon by the client. This position requires an extremely perceptive person who can relate to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, you must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image. You will engage in full-cycle recruiting, which may include sourcing, engagement, initial phone screen and interview arrangements.
