Reporting to the Senior Customer Service Supervisor, you will act as the first point of contact for your assigned external customers. You'll be responsible for providing prompt, courteous and effective customer service in processing customer orders, using either the customer-designated computer system or Weber's WMS system. To be a strong fit for the Customer Service Representative (CSR) opportunity, you will have:
  • 1 year of experience in a dedicated customer service role
  • Some experience in shipping and/or 3PL environments is mandatory, ideally including familiarity with shipping terms, bills of lading, invoices, etc.
  • Computer proficiency, including skill and experience using Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel and Word) and knowledge of warehouse management system (WMS) software
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
We'll look to you to be flexible about working in the following Inland Empire facilities: Fontana, Jurupa Valley, Moreno Valley and Rancho Cucamonga.
