    As a Recruiter you are part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment for Engage2Excels RPO clients. The Recruiter will provide staffing and recruiting solutions relied upon by the client. This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who can relate to individuals at all levels. You will engage in full cycle recruiting from gathering requirements to sourcing, engagement, initial phone screen and interview arrangements.
To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Recruiter opportunity, you will have:
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in a high-volume environment
  • Proven leadership of a team of Recruiters, Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators.
  • Experience in one (or more) of the following industries is preferred:
  • Manufacturing
  • Distribution, Warehouse or Transportation
  • Customer Service
  • Must have proven experience supporting a high volume of full cycle requisitions
  • Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple requisitions at once, and meet objectives
  • Extreme sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical aptitude in use of business software and applicant tracking systems
  • Experience working remotely from a home office
